REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Refunds

We do not offer refunds due to personal dissatisfaction. Instead, we provide content in the form of demonstrations, FB LIVE Q&A's, and hair tutorials on a variety of hair types, so that you are able to make an educated purchase. If you are unable to achieve your desired results, please contact us at support@phamilyhair.com and we will happily assist you. 

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrived damaged, please email support@photogenichaircare with photos of your shipping box and damaged product and we will file an insurance claim with the USPS on your behalf, and we will send you a replacement immediately. We do this as a professional courtesy. 

Misdelivered/Lost/Stolen/Missing Parcels.    

Our parcels are mailed through USPS Priority Mail and are tracked and insured for your protection. If your parcel shows as “delivered” in the USPS system but delivery has not actually occurred, you shall file an insurance claim with the USPS directly for the missing parcel at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@photogenichaircare.com and send your item to: 4045 S. Buffalo Dr. STE. A-101 - 122, Las Vegas, NV 89147, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4045 S. Buffalo Dr.
STE. A-101 - 122, Las Vegas, NV 89147,  United States. Customers must use a trackable shipping service and provide the shipping tracking number. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
