When will my order ship?
Orders forPHamily Hair Care productsare processed and shippeddirectly from our Las Vegas facility. Standard fulfillment usually takes 3–10 business days depending on demand, while Fast Track Fulfillment ensures processing within24–48 business hours.
If you ever need your products faster than our fulfillment of your order, please email us at support@phamilyhair.com— we don’t mind prioritizing your order. Our mission is to make sure no one’s hair journey gets interrupted.
Other products — including apparel, accessories, or print-on-demand items — may ship separately from partner facilities. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
How does Fast-Track Fulfillment work?
Fast Track Fulfillment is an optional $10 service upgrade for PHAMILY HAIR CARE jars available during checkout. It prioritizes your order for processing within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
