After nine years of serving the natural hair community, we want to share an important update about the future of PHamily Hair Care.
This is not a small announcement.
This is the closing of a chapter.
Please read this in full so you understand exactly what to expect.
OUR ORIGINAL FEBRUARY 14 ANNOUNCEMENT
Earlier this year, we announced that February 14, 2026 would be the final day for one-time purchases as we transitioned toward a subscription-only model.
After that announcement, many of you reached out.
Some needed more time to:
• Use loyalty points
• Stock up on bundles
• Set up subscriptions
• Make decisions about long-term access
We heard you.
After reviewing feedback and customer demand, we made the decision to extend purchasing access.
THE NEW FINAL DATE: MARCH 31, 2026
March 31, 2026 will now be the official final day to:
• Place a one-time order
• Start a new subscription
After March 31:
• No new one-time purchases will be available
• No new subscriptions will be accepted
• Purchasing access will fully close
There will be no reopening of access after this date.
If you would like continued access to PHamily Hair Care products, you must place your order or begin your subscription before March 31.
WHAT HAPPENS TO EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS?
If you are subscribed before March 31:
Your subscription will continue as normal.
You may:
• Skip deliveries
• Pause shipments
• Manage your frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months)
• Adjust as needed
Existing subscribers will retain their flexibility.
However, new sign-ups will not reopen after March 31.
WHY WE ARE MAKING THIS DECISION
This decision was not made lightly.
After nearly a decade in the hair care industry, we have watched the climate shift — operationally, financially, and structurally.
As the founder, Emery has decided to move in a different direction.
Rather than quietly scaling back or creating uncertainty, we are choosing to close this chapter intentionally and transparently.
At the same time, we did not want to leave long-term customers without a clear opportunity to prepare.
This extension to March 31 is about respect.
Respect for the people who have trusted us with their hair journeys.
Respect for those who have relied on our products for growth, styling, retention, and restoration.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW
If PHamily Hair Care is part of your routine, you have two options before March 31:
1. Stock Up
Place your final one-time order and secure your jars.
2. Subscribe
Start your subscription before March 31 to maintain continued access.
Subscriptions can be set for delivery every:
• 1 month
• 2 months
• 3 months
You may manage, skip, or pause deliveries at any time.
If you need help:
• Using loyalty points
• Converting a one-time purchase into a subscription
• Selecting the right bundle
Our support team is available before March 31.
WHAT ABOUT GUIDANCE AND EDUCATION?
Although we are closing purchasing access, we are not immediately disappearing from the conversation.
We will continue offering Zoom support sessions as long as there is interest and demand.
And even if those sessions eventually conclude, there are nine years of educational content available online.
Both our Original Formula and our New & Improved Formula are demonstrated extensively in:
• Tutorials
• Wash-and-go maintenance videos
• Roller set demonstrations
• Scalp care guidance
• Growth and retention education
You will still have access to that knowledge.
THIS IS A CLOSING CHAPTER — NOT A RUSHED EXIT
We know announcements like this can create questions and emotions.
That is why we are giving advance notice.
That is why we extended beyond February 14.
That is why we are clearly stating March 31 as the final date.
After March 31, purchasing will not reopen.
We encourage you not to wait until the final week.
