What is the PHC Cash Affiliate Program?
It's PHamily Hair Care's affiliate program. Approved affiliates share a personal referral link and earn a cash commission on qualifying orders placed through it. It runs on our affiliate platform at affiliate.phamilyhair.com, separately from your PHamily store account.
How much commission can I earn?
The program pays a 10% commission on qualifying orders referred through your approved affiliate link. Your total depends on the qualifying orders you refer, so there's no set or guaranteed amount.
Is the program free to join?
Yes. There's no fee to join.
Do I need to be an existing PHamily customer?
Being a customer isn't listed as an application requirement. It does help: recommendations based on your own experience are the most genuine kind.
Do I need a large social media following?
No minimum following is published. Every application is reviewed individually, and a smaller, engaged audience can be a great fit. Approval isn't guaranteed.
How do I apply?
Complete the short sign-up form at affiliate.phamilyhair.com/register with your name, email and a password, and agree to the program's terms and privacy policy.

Yes. Every application is reviewed, and we'll email you once your registration is approved.
How do I get my affiliate link?
After approval, sign in to your affiliate dashboard. Your personal referral link is there, along with any affiliate coupon code issued to you.
Can I promote the Original Formula?
Yes. The Original Formula (32 oz) is a PHamily product you can introduce to your audience. Commission is calculated on qualifying referred orders under the program terms.
Can I promote the New Formula?
Yes. The New Formula (16 oz) is a PHamily product you can introduce to your audience, on the same terms.
What is the 21-day cookie duration?
When someone clicks your link, the referral is remembered for 21 days. If they place a qualifying order in that time, it can be credited to you. Clearing cookies or switching browsers or devices can affect tracking, and the program's tracking rules decide how each order is credited.
How are referred orders tracked?
The affiliate platform records orders that come through your referral link, or your coupon code where one is issued, and shows them in your dashboard.
When are commissions paid?
Payouts are made periodically. The payout schedule, any minimum and the payment methods are set out in the program terms and your dashboard.
What happens if a referred order is refunded?
How refunds and cancellations affect commissions is covered in the program terms. Please review them before you apply, or ask us.
Can I promote PHamily on social media?
Yes. Social media, blogs, YouTube descriptions and newsletters are among the channels the program names. Always include a clear disclosure.
Can I run paid advertisements?
Rules for paid ads, including bidding on PHamily brand terms, are part of the program terms. Please check them, or email us, before spending on ads.
Do I need to disclose that I earn commissions?
Yes. Say clearly, in the content itself and near your link, that you earn a commission, for example: "I earn a commission when you purchase through my link." In videos, say it out loud too. A hashtag or a bare "affiliate link" on its own may not be clear enough.

In your affiliate dashboard once you're approved. Our public Tutorials Library and Reviews and Results page are always available to link to.
How do I sign in to my affiliate dashboard?
Go to affiliate.phamilyhair.com/login and sign in with Google or your email. This is a separate account from your PHamily store account.
